Your order can have two numbers, the number on your email confirmation or the number we give over the phone. Either number can be used here.
OrderNumber:
The status of orders are updated only between the hours of 8:00AM and 5:00PM Central Time weekdays.
For items shipped out of our warehouse, the order status will show UPS tracking numbers as soon as they are shipped.
Tracking numbers for items shipped out of a vendor's warehouse (drop-shipped) may not be readily available except by phone.
