1. You call us at 877/367-4253 within 30 days of purchase for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
2. Outside of carton must be clearly marked with RA number. Returns shipped without RA number will be refused.
3. You must return all included parts.
   
4. You return the product in it's original package
   
5. The product must be in resaleable condition
   
6. A 20% repackaging charge on all returns will be charged
7. Customer errors are not refundable (if you are placing an on-line order, double-check that your information is correct)
8. Shipping costs to you are non-refundable including those on special free shipping offers.
   Shippings costs to return the item are your responsibility.

Our outbound and inbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Replacement parts will be sent for items that arrive with damaged or defective parts.
